I used to get that, actually used to puke in the mornins quite alot, cuz I used to munch a lot of food in the night, not get a lot of sleep, wake up feelin the acid in my stomach and the churned up food (onion rings, deep fried food, crisps, chocolate) that had been sittin there all night, and I aint one to try and hold back puke cuz I think whats the point?
Doctor said stress (I even laughed at him, 'What the fuck have I got to be stressed about?! trust me it aint that.' and he just wavered his hand) then I mainly ate rice, and vegetables, chicken, beef, fish, not because I thought it would help, but that I was in a country where the staple foods changed (I'd puked up crisps, deep fried food and the like so many times, it began to repulse me anyway) and man you cook that shit right its tasty as fuck, and from a period of constantly feelin sick for 4/5 months, and gettin what you said about the binge eatin, resultin in pukin in the mornin, it just went away within like a week.
The deep fried foods, like kebabs, KFC, Mcdonalds, and even the shit thats just too rich for the stomach, can make certain people feel sick, cuz it takes fuckin ages to digest, and well just imagine leaving a bag of onion rings, crisps and deep fried chicken, in a dark, moist, warm place all night, and you can understand why your stomach feels like its imploding, but some people do just have iron guts, I aint one of em, a shot of vodka and I'm heavin as soon as it hits my stomach, coffee fucks with me aswell. I doubt you got stomach cancer man, or even an ulcer, just a disagreement in diet, and a bit of a weak stomach.
Of course if that don't work I dunno what to tell ya, but thats all that seems to be up with me, ate about 2 pounds of rice yesterday as a midnight snack, and woke up this mornin, 6 hours later with no stomach discomfort. Of course I'm no doctor, so if a change in diet don't work, just go to ure doc.

The term 'hypochondria' is often used to describe a tendency in a person to suddenly believe that they have any disorder, disease, or health problem that they hear about. This has been popularized in the last decade thanks to the marked increase in pharmaceutical advertising for prescription medicines. In this case, the hypochondria is not so much a psychological disorder so much as a state of mind.
ok like i say its been goin on for a year.
i did not bring up the ulcers and stomach cancer i simply repleid i dont think i have that....
i do not buy any vitimins or supplyments at all ever

Ye man, ure stomach slows digestion dramatically while you sleep, almost stopping it, I remember sleeping on my side, standin up and almost feelin this fuckin acidic blob turned in my stomach, as soon as I puked tho I was right as rain
Just try and lay off shit 3/4 hours before you go to bed, and don't eat a giant meal and u'll be sound.

Are you vomitting stomach acid? If so I had this same problem.
I have/had a hole in the lining of my stomach from indigestion.
I took Prilosec OTC and it went away, then came back again.
Went to the doctor, he gave me some free Nexiums, then told me to take Prilosec OTC for atleast a month ot two. This will keep the acid out of my stomach long enough for it to repair the hole.
Eitherway, goto the doctor and make sure it isnt an ulcer. Better to take care of it NOW then LATER.
I knew I didnt have an ulcer but couldnt STAND feeling sick EVERY day.
I feel good now,
Best of luck!
p.s Eating before you goto bed is a BAD idea...even though I slip once in awhile. It will cause indigestion and you wont sleep well. (Your body must continue to work the stomach while your body tries to rest)
