last few times ive done e, i always get crucial headaches after ive come down. what can i take/drink to help? cant find any tylenol.

what i always like to do after a good roll is smoke some bud..this brings the roll back in a way and comedown like you would if you were blazed..so its nice well this is how it is for me, try it out!

That was a pointless post - nobody asked for your personal opinion on what drugs he should and shouldnt do.

Yoda - I'd say take some nurofen, drink lots of water & OJ, take a vitamin tablet and get some sleep - if you cant get rid of a headache, its usually best to sleep it off, let your body get some rest :thumbsup:

thanks all. i finally fell asleep around 6am, woke up quarter to 11. i have no headache now, just feel really tired. comedown isnt bad either, smoked mad bud throughout the night. had a phenomenal time last night though.

weed will help you come down very nicely...i don't do e anymore but it weed is usually good when your comming down..
