(ie: ailments of the G.I. track that typically involve some form of inflammation, like Chrones, irritable bowl syndrom, etc.) I am curious about this because I have a rather rare conditon called...get ready for this...eosinaphilic esophagitis....basically its where the esophagus becomes inflammed and forms Rating: 5

There are many people with UC, Crohns, and other intestinal issues that see a lot of improvement with the low or no starch diets. Just be sure to supplement using vitamins etc, It's always dangerous to just cut out a food group.
