yeah i agree. The body naturally will expel the thc metablite in far less than one year. They would not be able to detect thc from that far back, not by urine that is. The only thing they can detect through urine is the presence of the metabolites and their presence levels. Even if they only detected like 3 Ng/ML, you could say that it was through passive inhalation, and they would not be able to fail you.
