Yeah I can see that and agree with what Rodger is saying.And it makes sense that "The government inflicting the torture can't make a believable promise to the torture victim that the punishment will stop once he or she tells the truth." I mean when or how does a victim knows when the punishment-torture will stop when they do say the truth,and how are they going to know its the truth or is it more of a case of what they want to hear? it's more the case of what they want to hear.
I personally think it something that they shouldn't being using these means of punishment it's inhumane.Isn't being put to jail bad enough little lone getting tortured?
