your take on the current trend of 'disclaimers'?
simple question, what do you think of the idea of a disclaimer itself, and what do you think about the people who use them? obviously, i have no intention of turning to a disclaimer at the last second, should anyone be brought up on charges on this site.
those who do use them, do you actually feel/believe it makes you safe from conviction?slipknotpsycho Reviewed by slipknotpsycho on . your take on the current trend of 'disclaimers'? simple question, what do you think of the idea of a disclaimer itself, and what do you think about the people who use them? obviously, i have no intention of turning to a disclaimer at the last second, should anyone be brought up on charges on this site. those who do use them, do you actually feel/believe it makes you safe from conviction? I dont have a problem with the people who use them, although i think its a stupid idea. If we want to get cannabis legalised we need to stand up and say, fuck you, i smoke weed and i grow it, sue me!
If enough of us stand up we cant be ignored.

i think its stupid and gives them a false sense of security. if your doing a huge grow and documenting it on a public forum then it doesnt matter what your sig says when the dea is knocking on your door. as for all the hobby/personal growers, if it makes them feel better its all good but i dont think it matters.

these are just stupid kids who want to get high, they are not the smart adult responsible smokers like the rest of us. they dont stand for the beliefs behind marijuana lagalization, they just want to act cool and talk about pot

its not real easy for the police to get a search warrent, they have to have good information to start with, so i figure if your writing a few lines down(disclaimer) to stop youself from incriminating yourself, than good for you, you cant be to safe! i think its very smart!

with all that said, how many of you that use disclaimers, even have anything worthy of putting up a disclaimer? a disclaimer isn't going to help, no matter what, if the DEA wants to bust you bad enough, they will.. if the cops want to bust you bad enough, they will, and if you think about it, that disclaimer only makes you look more guilty, in a sense that it makes it seem as you if you have something to hide.
