I'm thinking of getting my stencils out there too, now that the weather is nice. Is there lots of stencil art round where you live?



I live in a small town and I still managed to find some stencils under a bridge. It filled my heart with happiness.

Yeh.....the only stenciling ive seen around here is That Destroy Rock and Roll one......Put up by coperate suckers who tthought it was a cooler way to advertise than fly posting.....It was advertising some album

I was gutted Bathroom mate the first stenciling i saw was some corperate fuckers answer to fly posting....But Wall and Peace has made up for that by giviing me some cool ideas (i aint gonna copy Banksy, No way but he even lists the way to do it at the end)

His styles his own......I need to work on some sketches for the stencils im gonna start with a simple ripper with ganja leaves round it then work up to something bigger.......Ive got a few spots in mind.....Hmmmmm

as for seeing graffiti style stenciling round here, naw this towns stuck in the days of Tag writing.....And ive seen too many nice peices of wall art disfigured by some bugger just putting his name up, like scrawled to mark his territory...

Man......I gotta get some ideas down

SWEET. So I just got mailed this coloring contest sheet. I'm going to get stoned and colour it and win myself a prize basket. There's no age limit BUT STILL... I think I will be the only 18 year old entering.
