Ways of staying fit?
I know all stoners arent lethargic all the time. What do you guys do to stay fit and clean your body to get a better high? Lately I've gotten into running and swimming, which makes getting high great again. I was building a tolerance lately where i would stay high for 20 minutes or so, but after swimmiung for an hour today I smoked later on. I've been real baked for 3+ hours. So happy i found something that works so well and is fun.

Ways of staying fit?
Is this one of those trivial question threads or is this an actual question?
If it's the latter, the fact is that a pound of fat equals 3500 calories. In order to lose a pound a week, one would either need to do an extra 500 calories of work a day or eat 500 less calories.

Well with school and work, I don't eat very well nor get enough sleep. Maybe that adds to it?

I keep fit, I always swim and go for runs. I go crazy being stuck in the house, its not good for the head either. I also do sit-ups and stretches. I smoke heaps, I have actually been thinking about cutting down, but after a run or swim I get smashed off a few cones.

Playing random recreational sports is always a good way to stay somewhat fit and have a blast. Knock a soccer ball around or something. If I wasn't playing soccer for a large chunk of the year, I would probably just run every now and then and lift, but mainly just play little short sided games of like 5 v 5.

I play tennis a couple times a week and i like to go on walks. Besides that i am pretty lazy. But i was lazy before i started smoking. I pretty much suck at most sports so i don't like sports too much. But i like to get excercise in the form of walking and running and playing tennis which is about the only sport i don't suck at. I actually lay around like a sack of shit alot but i am by no means overweight at all. In fact i look quite healthy.
