If I where you, (that I'm not... but).... , I would transplant her to a bigger pot... a pot with holes at the bottom... those ones are great!

When you water, water like Garden Knowm says... water the shit out of her.... Then, don't re-water until the soil is dry. Search for his recent posts, you'll see the quote about watering.
