HELP!!!
personly i would let it live
but see if you can get rind of most of yellowing and crispy parts
keep an eye on it if it comes to it i would snip the lot off leaving the part in middle (circled in pic)
then transplant it to diffrent soil and get another seed germinated
and just let that live it might come back,just keep it at the side in the vegcab

HELP!!!
dont snip off anything, leave it alone ... with proper drainage, and allowing it to dry out, it MAY recover ... you have pythium wilt, damping-off, from poor drainage, over-watering, etc. ...
