Bleeding Heart?
Only for beginners (I believe), As a matter of fact, faster heart beating is just regular to me unlike earlier times, it took a while to get used to but even when I do concentrate on my heart it doesnt bother me. But this did bother me because it wasnt my heart beating fast it felt like a giant rush of blood, like my heart just exploded and all the blood just fell to the bottom of my stomach, imagine how that feels...thats why I almost flipped lol.
