I DIDNT KNOW U COULD RUN A 400W BULB WITH A 1000W BALLAST. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

I'm doing it with a metal halide setup. We've discussed it in other threads and the concensus is that there's no danger. But don't take my word for it -- use the search function and read the entire discussion.
