In Calabassas California..
the cops went to a part of town where there were a shit load of rental properties..

They checked the electrical bills of these homes... If the homes electrical costs were above the BLOCKS average..
the cops followed up on the house..

they followed up by walking a drug sniffing hound by the property..

If the DOG said. WHUF WHUFF..
then the judge would give the cops a warrant...

and the judge did give the cops warrants...

You know how muchthe electricity bill was....

$300....

That's a freaking JOKE.. $300 a month in California... can't heat up my house...

anywway.. the cops eneded up searching ahouse that had no grow op..
they turned the house upside down.. they found 3 kids, who each had their own computer in their rooms..

and then the cops left the house..

I LIVE IN A VERY, VERY SMALL TOWN. WE JOKE THAT THERE IS FEDERAL LAW, STATE LAW, COUNTY LAW,,, AND OUR LAW. OUR LOCAL COP DOES WHAT HE WANTS. THE JUDGE DOES WHAT HE WANTS.

EXAMPLE: THEY GAVE A 19 YEAR OLD KID 6 YEARS FOR SPRAY PAINTING A GANG SIGN ON A BUILDING. ( WE HAVE NO GANGS HERE)
THEN THEY OUR DOCTOR 60 DAYS FOR HIDING A VIDEO CAMERA IN THE VENTS OF THE EXAM ROOMS, FILMING LITTLE GIRLS.
THEN THEY TELL A GROWER THEY FOUND WITH 3 PLANTS TO PULL EM UP. THEY GOT NO TIME TO WRITE EM UP.

Your, printer, tv, cd, etc have a hot standby that alone uses alot of power. Replacing incandensent bulbs with the halfass Cpf cut it down a bunch.
One more is a Phase ballance for the refidge,its called a green box. If you have a electric water heater get a gray box, at dyi , it turns off the hot water like at given times so it not heating itself. You can program it to come on at times you use it.

I grew up near Calabasas and it's a rich town. I can see how that could happen there. Because they will go to any lengths to keep that area nice amd safe. Because alot of celebrities live there ( the Newlyweds(nick and Jessica Simpson was filmed in Calabasas.) So they got all the money they need to get who they want out!
