You're a moron who's weak mentally and physically. 190lbs isn't bad when I started lifting at 125lbs. It's ok though, by the end of the winter I should be 215 plus because I just finished a cut, hence why I'm only 190lbs. You have no idea what it takes to transform your body, you're wrong-I'm right.
