Try using a fan with a tall stand. You could also get one of those portable box ones. Then position it to blow out the window. That will move the smoke away from the door quickly and also provide a cover of noise.

For a deodorizer, try a brand marketed as an odor "neutralizer" - Glade or Lysol make these. These are mainstream products, not head shop stuff, but on the label it even specifically says it's designed for smoke odors among other things.

Use lighters that require only pressing down once to ignite - they make a "click" instead of that distinct lighter sound.

A stereo or TV at moderate volume can also cover up sound.
