I never been in a gang but most of the people I know are in one. Funny thing is most of the people I know are crips but I live in blood hood and barely know anyone in here lol!

there are two kinds of gang members.

1] kid who wants to be looked upon as down or cool.wants the ladies attention and the respect of his peers.dosnt really make mant decisions within the gang.just goes with the flow.not really violent but will be if need be.most of these guys just disappear after awhile.not really the best of guys

2]then there are the ones who take this shit for real.
the way a normal person looks upon his family the gangster will treat his gang as family.these are the fellas that go to jail and the cemetery for the hood.
to a normal person it seems wrong but when you grow up and not even your moms or dad is there to show you how to live it feels good to be around people like yourself.

violence comes drugs and the sales of drugs.
within a few block radius there are many many people who get high.
the bigger radius the more money.the more money the more power.the more power the more respect.its all about respect and money.

people that are not born into it should try there best to stay away.
fun turns into trouble much too fast.

Never been in one, don't really know anyone that has been in one. Ahh, the bliss of living in a suburbia, a shit-load of dank bud, and no crime. Except this black kid that was really white (acted like it) and was annoying as hell. He would always say he was in some gang called Folk.

Hell, the only gangs I've heard about is Folk, Bloods, and Crips. Mmmm.

Gangs are with out a doubt one of the dumbest parts of todays culture. I know a few people in gangs, maybe one or two of them are worth talking to. Not only do gangs kill for senseless reasons(Reps? What the fuck, grow some balls and learn whats important in life), but now with gangsta rap a lot of otherwise fine high school students are turning into dumbasses under false pre-tenses of being a drug dealer turned famous rapper.
