Very interesting. If anything i would have thought you could get in trouble for some kind of "use of a product in a manner which is inconsistent with its labeling". I think that is supposed to be some kind of federal law found on many chemical packages available to the public. Being that it is sold as an "incense", usually. Pesonally, i think it should be outlawed. It has very strong, intense effects (20x extract). Maybe if it were outlawed it would be able to be purchased for cheaper than $65 / gram for the 20x extract. Thats ridiculous, its more expensive than crack, kush, heroin, coke, ecstacy, shrooms, etc.
