This is how I make tea: Grind mushrooms in a coffee grinder. open two tea bags (I like the Lipton herbal tea) add ground mushies and staple back closed. I also like to soak the refilled tea bags in lemmon juice (aids in extraction). Bring two cups of water to a boil. Pour into a cup and steep mushroom tea bags for 5 min.
If you soak in lemon juice add that.
If you empty the tea and just use mushrooms in the tea bag, you will get a really cool blue tea.
This works great, comes on fast, but IME, it doesn't last as long as just eating the mushrooms (That really is the best way).
