Salvia divinorum plants and extracts are completely legal in most of the US at this time (there are local ordinances against it in some communities in MO), but there is a concerted effort being waged by the DEA and FDA to illegalize it. The DEA has petitioned Congress in mid-June, 2003, to schedule Salvia divinorum. Salvia divinorum may well be illegal in the United States sometime soon. Currently, it is legal to ship to every other country in the world except Australia, South Korea and Rating: 5
