An assault with racist overtones is considered a hate crime. False accusations of racism in a case like this should be prosecuted with the same "hate crime" attachments!:thumbsup:

The 51-year-old McKinney scuffled with a police officer on March 29 when she entered a House office building without her identifying lapel pin and did not stop when asked. Several police sources said the officer, who was not identified, asked her three times to stop. When she kept going, he placed a hand somewhere on her and she hit him, according to the officials.

She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed. She's made a history of playing the race card and it's sickening. She was wrong and she knows it. Even we need to be prepared to suffer consequences for our choices.

As for the media hype...it probably would have blown over if she wasn't constantly on tv screaming racism instead of "damn, it sure is nice to be a congress woman, I can hit cops and get away with it!" Tell me, if the same thing happened to me or you do ya think we would have ended up in jail?

AND as for the 9-11 thing....who knows for sure but I really don't believe that our government was the base force behind what happened. I do believe that Osama Bin an Asshole was the key player and that the Pentagon was actually hit by a passenger airliner.
