The blacks here in Alabama are proud to be called Southerners..we all live together and work together and to continue to misrepresent what that war was originally started over is wrong....as I have said before,slavery was evil and wrong but the whole truth of that war is not told..just myths and lies. Why do people not acknowledge the other slaves of those times? Anyone with info on the Irish that immigrated here and were kept as "indentured servants"? This whole country needs to bring the labor back to the U.S. - and yes, the Unions have been to blame at times. I've been in three different unions (and one more until the company lost the contract and went belly-up).

One thing that really angered me was, after 9/11, some loudmouth texan woman that said, to the places that got hit, on TV, "Get over it! We're in Good hands." (meaning GWB).
