any 1 got a min new grower

High all long time smoker new grower i have a small grow box 4ft tall and 4ft wide 2.5ft deep with 5 florescents in the top on a 24hr constant light cycle two small fans 1 flows in 1 flows out to move the air i built a co2 bubbler out of a 2 liter bottle also i built a shelf that can be easily moved up and down i've never grown so i could use some advice please help.
has any one ever used vf-11 liquid fertilizer and if so how well dose it work?
i have 10 seedlings between 3-10 inches 3 weeks old and one clone from a friend that was cut about 10 days ago all are in 1.5 gal buckets with sand for drainage and several holes drilled in the bottom some 2 to a pot i dont know sexes yet (sac seeds) or how much water or fertilizer ect to use
i want to produce enough smoke to start a cycle so i dont have to buy any more dose anyone know aprox how much i can get from my box im pretty broke so these lights will have to work any tips/tricks to faster growth/harvest would be great also how fast can i harvest the sooner the better no$ = well u no thanks so much for any help

I've never grown myself but im pretty sure you will eventually need to get some more lights...5 fluoros wont yield you anywhere as much bud as 1 HPS with decent wattage will. You could use the fluoros for vegging but they prolly wont do much when it starts to flower

my plants just sprouted taday i have two rooms right now 1 with floros and one with an hps both in miracle grow the hps took 4 days for the seeds to root the floros took 11 days. Just for your information no one ever grows wit floros so how should they now five will do the same as an hps but to get it the same u gotta wait an extra 2 months i suggest going to home depot buying a hps fixture for 50 bucks and buy the 20 dollar 400 watt hps if you wanna do like hella good growing get some rockwool and get a water pump and than 6you got hydrophooics setup and that ttakes about 2 weeks for half a foot
