 300 LPH Pump?[align=left]I'm looking to set up my own flood and drain system. I was wondering if a 300 litres per hour submersible pump (Mi Mouse Pump 300 LPH Adjust) would be sufficeint for sustaining 2 plants under a 250 HPS light

 300 LPH Pump?that is 75 gph approx...and that will do the job, however it is a little on the small side. 250 would be optimum, but hydro stores sell 125 gph for there ebb and flow systems; Citing that is plenty. 
 
 It is all a matter of how fast do you want to fill your tray.
 your pump will take longer, but with 2 plants...go for it.
 You yourself will find soon enough whether or not you want to upgrade. goodluck lw
