turtle: i was angry and frustrated as it is nothing to do with my enviroment as ive double checked everything, it was just a bad bunch and i thought id shout about it as i was/am angry! jajajaja its nature etc, etc but its still a twat when u waste time and money on such things....
it makes it even worse when such an event ruins all ur plans for the summer.... i also dont give a monkey's ass what u think of me or my opinions even though i (always) massively overreacted.!

Its nature nothing can be done about it you cant blaim them unless you ordered fem and they were males if you order regular seeds from anyone you take the risks of them all being male.
My ratio has been around 8 females 2 males per 10 seeds ordered from Nirvana its just shitty luck for you.

Sheesh.... I've always found it funny that MARIJUANA forums have such high-strung people posting on them.

9 times out of 10 companies like that might send you another pack if you're just nice about it. Though, this is slowly going away as seed banks are starting to leave no paperwork left to be found.....thus they can't verify your purchase. ( This is for OUR safety)

there is nothing to be done. it happens and is not the fault of the breeder or distributor. no one has control over the sex of a seed, unless going the feminised route but i have my suspicions about that too...but i must admit i've never tried fem seeds.

besides, it's not like nirvana products are pricey...

Fem seeds are nice for indoor grows.
I have ordered and grown many had a few hermies last year but it was my fault other than that I have had 100% females and great success.
Do you grow indoors del? If you do you should try some I have a few Nev Haze left.

Sorry Greenmonster, But it is enviroment. I have a tron that I can almost get 100 % female with nirvana seeds. Do a sheach on how seeds determine sex and at what point in their life. I would like to here from Zandor about this since he has books coming out. You were just unlucky in what is setup. What other seeds do you have to compare with this. I have had a tron for 20 years and tried thousands of seeds with very similar results. I love nirvana sorry man. Got a bunch more coming with 2 other companies seeds I can compare. The only problem I had was with fem seeds , they are delicate and need close watching till they take good. Like they said most companies will send more most times to keep a customer.

i brought white russian from them and sent Postmandave 5 and i planted 1. now check this out the 5 i sent Postmandave and the 1 i planted all turned female. the best solution thats we came up with , why all 6 turned female is because of the superthrive that we use weekly on our plants. to tell you the truth this shit is amazing. walmart has superthrive in the garden section. 1/4 tsp in 1 gallon of water is all you need .

Well as del... has said before, and i agree, nirvana are a cheaper seedbank and as the price goes down so does Quality. Sorry to hear it man.
