Why Cant I Calm Down?

K heres my story. Its not like I am an axious person, or a scared person, or even a nervous person... well I dont even know what the problem its like I just drank like 20 coffees and am full of way to much energy, and I cant seem to just calm the fuck down. And Im a liad back kinda guy I hardly ever worry, but my palms sweat alot to, its just pissing me off so much I just cant get em stop. Any suggestions of LEGAL way to fix this. O and the worst part of it is im only 16 and I got these probs.

Lately I been like that too. I take 5HTP to calm me down. Its at every vitamin store.

probably jsut a bad combo of drugs/hormones

try wacking off / wworking out and see which of the two make u feel better

I do both of those, maybe a little more wanking than working out but still. And its not like Im depressed or anything, hell I got a hot gf, grades could be better, but this shit with the sweaty palms and tons of energy has been haunting me my whole fuckin life pretty much. Plus its so fucking bad I cant even enjoy stimulants and amps cause they just make all that shit SOOO much worse. Do you think I could get benzos from my doctor??? But I might try that 5HTP if I can get to Shoppers Drug Mart.

You said you just drank 20 coffees... caffeine will do that too you. I used to be addicted pretty bad to caffeine, i still need Mt. Dew before school otherwise i get headaches. I'm still trying to get rid of it!!
