We agree that it wouldnt hurt to contact a lawyer but if u read on page three that one guy showed u the case that went to hte supreme court. That case the school one and it allowed new standards for schools in america. That case is enough evidence to show u that the schools search was not illegal or unconstutional

It was during my 5th period class when I was out to P.E. when my school advisorer searched my back pack wich I had left outside while we went on a run. I had a glass spoon hidden inside and was susspended for five days with a recommendation of expulsion.
