It's funny how you ask me to cite sources then you spout off about how every single court decision has gone in the schools favor with nothing to back it up. I was involved in a similar situation in highschool concerning myself and a friend, and my situation was never taken to court because we both got a lawyer involved and it turns out that in my state it was illegal for the school to do what they did. If we would have taken the schools word for it we would have been fucked over.

i talked to the head of my school today and he says that he cant gurantee that i wont be expelled after talking to my prinicple but will pray about it for 3 days and let me know, he says he can pretty much gurantee i can return my jr. year, hope i still have a chance, ha

I took weed to school a few times one was because I was selling to a girl and she lived about 3 miles away and I couldn't bum a ride with anyone.

On Thursday, March 30th, I was caught with paraphanelia on campus. It was during my 5th period class when I was out to P.E. when my school advisorer searched my back pack wich I had left outside while we went on a run. I had a glass spoon hidden inside and was susspended for five days with a recommendation of expulsion. Today my princeple informed my parents that they have come to the conclusion that expulsion will take place. After talking to the head of my school he has decided to have a talk with me tomorrow at 7am but to not give our hopes up because expulsion will still most likely take place. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do or say tomorrow that could get me out of this situation? I do not wish to transfer schools and leave all my good buddies behind.
