I hardly think any respectable school will try and "blindly" take advantage of students. There would have been tons of complaints if the school was unfairly doing something like searching their own property. They make it extremely clear in the handbook what the law is, and what happens if one breaks it. Calling a lawyer is good, yes, but not to try and fight a losing cause. Give it up and quit using that as your argument.

It was during my 5th period class when I was out to P.E. when my school advisorer searched my back pack wich I had left outside while we went on a run.
