Tadaa, I'm curious as to what you're argument is at this point I cannot even remember. As far as the law goes in school, the law does exist, but honestly most high schools are more of a dictatorship in principle. There are certain by-laws that every school gets around, which allows them to search bags or lockers without consent. All they need is the slightest indication that you may be doing something wrong or illegal, which can either be truthful or made up. Either way, how are you going to prove that a teacher is lying? Faculty have all the right to search student's b/c you are on school property, where the administration makes the rules.
