No, they aren't.

Number one they aren't law enforecment, they don't have the right to search a godamn thing. They will however expell your ass unless you get a lawyer involved, which should be the first thing you do without even thinking.

Can you cite some sources? Schools search all the time, and their right to do so has been upheld in every single court case in the last 50 years. sorry.

The main problem here is that you will get taken advantage of if you don't know the law. I'm telling you, get a lawyer or you're going to get screwed. Authority has been doing it since the beginning of time, if you don't know the laws you will be taken advantage of.

it isnt exactly illegal but if it has weed resin in it at all it becomes illegal, any pipe or tobacco product would definitely not be allowed at any school, and glass pipes arent illegal but they are kind of regulated, like if i had a glass piece in my car even if it was unused i wouldnt want a cop to see it
