Another one was when my mom saw a teacher abusing a child and reported her to the school, and in the end the teacher was let off freely (Like nothing happen) and my mom was banned from my little brothers school

That has nothing to do with what originally stated. You stated that the law doesn't imply to the inside of schools. So people are free to murder, rape and rob in schools, because, according to you, there is no law inside of schools.

As far as the law goes in school, the law does exist, but honestly most high schools are more of a dictatorship in principle. There are certain by-laws that every school gets around, which allows them to search bags or lockers without consent. All they need is the slightest indication that you may be doing something wrong or illegal, which can either be truthful or made up. Either way, how are you going to prove that a teacher is lying? Faculty have all the right to search student's b/c you are on school property, where the administration makes the rules.
