It was during my 5th period class when I was out to P.E. when my school advisorer searched my back pack wich I had left outside while we went on a run. I had a glass spoon hidden inside and was susspended for five days with a recommendation of expulsion. Today my princeple informed my parents that they have come to the conclusion that expulsion will take place. After talking to the head of my school he has decided to have a talk Rating: 5

i realize it is diffrent, but it's still much in the same, i'm not telling you to change it, i'd just appreciate it if you did... just so you know, other then this case if i was asked by you or anyone to change my avatar becuase it is similar to theirs i would... just out of decency, i don't really expect you to, it's more kind of a joke.. >.< still irritating tho, i've been here well over a year, and you're the first person to even come close to my avatar (tho, there is an avatar i used to use on here floating around, a black 'bumpy' [it looks like the leaf and words are raised, that's what i mean by bumpy] pot leave that says marijuana under it)

Sorry just read the first page of posts, but what is wrong with deny deny deny? I mean it was in your backpack sure, but you can't say it isn't yours and someone else might have slipped it in there?

tadaa....everyones attacking u because ur being sooo defensive about waht ur saying. We agree that it wouldnt hurt to contact a lawyer but if u read on page three that one guy showed u the case that went to hte supreme court. That case the school one and it allowed new standards for schools in america. That case is enough evidence to show u that the schools search was not illegal or unconstutional

that shit wouldn't go anywhere in Canada. If there's laws in your state that let random people access your personal belonings, on their property or otherwise, then I suggest you satrt to question your "freedom".

I agree with tadaa on this one, you should be on the phone with a lawyer not on a forum with a bunch of stoners.
