Yep, move to Blighty. Its more or less decriminalised over here, as long as you dont walk down the street with a big-ass bong youll be fine. Ive walked past cops smoking a joint before, and they havent done anything. Ive sat in a park (back when it was a class B/schedule II) opposite a PRIMARY SCHOOL smoking a blunt with a few mates before and there was a cop standing upwind of us - so he mustve been able to smell it - and he just stood there, watching us, probably making sure we werent gonna vandalise anything. When we left, he just said to us 'alright lads' to which we replied 'alright'. He then walked off in the opposite direction.
Cops over here really dont care about people smoking Herb. So many people do it, that if they decided to devote all their to time and energy to it thered be no-one else apart from potheads and stoners in jail.
As long as youre not vandalising anything or smoking around kids, chances are theyll turn a blind eye.

By the way, it was like 10pm when we were in the park, so no kiddies around then.
