hydrocodone...not that impressive

So I crushed and swallowed 25mgs of hydrocodone earlier tonight and I wasn't impressed.

It took about 20 minutes for me to feel anything and when it did kick in it was actually incredibly pleasurable. It felt like I was floating and warm bath water was flowing through my veins. I loved this feeling but it was quite mild and only lasted for about 20 mintes. Withing 45 minutes of taking the pills I felt almost normal except for a floaty feeling which lasted for another hour.

From what I've read people seem to have a much more intense time with vicodin. Did I not take enough? Is such a short lived high normal? (I was told I'd be out for a few hours)

Any input would be great.

Hydrocodone(vicodin) doesnt work like most drugs or pain killers! i doesnt fix or take the pain away it make you brain think theres nothing wrong! you feel better cause you dont notice the pain even though it there! some people have different reactions to it and that also can be a reson some people feel high! out of the 100 ive takin ive only had that feeling once! to get the best results you need to take it with something else i take it with beer, just what the label tells you not to do!

Beer definetly kicks it up a notch. Besides 25mg isn't that much. I usually did about 40mg at a time because my tolerance got higher. You had generic Hydrocodone. Vicodin is also Hydrocodone it's just name brand.

Now I dont know about Hydrocodone, Oxycodone is what your gonna want if you can get em. The feeling is fucking amazing, and the effects last for at least 4 hours of pure euphoria and bliss. And for me at least Ive only gotton a bad come down once and that was the first time I did it and since then no come down, it just drifts away leaving you with a nice glow. MAN I LOVE EM, MAYBE A LITTLE TOO MUCH.

Yeah.. 25mg isnt that much, if you want to feel really good take at least 50-75mg.
