I see my PO in 16 days. I was clean for 20 days then smoked for a week. I smoked a total of a 1/4 of nugz. waht do you recomend for me? should i invest in a supplement or detox from gnc?

they use the strip type tests. it is not sent to a lab

not mine....im on probabtion also...i have to pee in a cup and then the lid reads the output on what i got......its not sent to a lab though....the best way to get it out is exercise and drink water(so u can piss) piss as much as u can.....i got mine out in 10 days after smokin a ounce in a week......but im also 6'1" 130 lbs....skinny and fast metabolism.....hopefully ur a taller skinnier kinda guy lol.....good luck.....stay fit
