Use a vacuum cleaner and just remove as many flying creatures as possible. Like a dust buster that doesn't have much suction, but just enough to suck up insects.

I also posted a receipe I got from overgrow called mite eradicator. It really works. I sprayed my hibiscus tree which had the lower 1/3 covered with white fly. Now they are gone.

Are you doing soil inside? I just took all my soil plants and put them outside. It messes up hydro and you get fungus gnats You have to be vigilent and wipe them out.

Today I discovered that putting a shallow container of water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid (to break the surface tension) on a piece of yellow paper will catch more fungus gnats and their eggs than a white piece of paper. The yellow color water caught twice as many fungas gnats as the white. Rating: 5
