They are vicodin. The 5/500 means it has 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg tylenol per pill. I love these, take 3 or 4 by chewing em or pressing down on them with something so they crack a litte and then swallow. Best shit ever with some marijuana.

I found an old bottle of hydrocodone in the back of my medicine cabnet. They're plain white pills with M357 printed on them. there is a ratio on the bottle that says 5/500. I was wondering that the ratio meant, if they're safe to take, and if so, what would be the most effective way to take them? Thanks guys! Rating: 5
