Getting sick

Ok so the last 3 times ive smoked ive gotten really sick my throat hurts and ive been coughing up yellow shit and its just gross... and its pissing me off cause i wanna smoke but i dont like having the pain in my throat and spitting up shit constantly... this happen to anyone else???

Dont smoke anything for 2 weeks and everynight before you go to bed have 2 tea-spoons of cough medicine before you go to bed. That will sort that shit out straight away.

Drink some nice hot tea with honey and menthol in it before you toke, and then use that shit as bong water (nice and hot). I'm drooling just thinking about it...
