are my plants ok??

hey first time grower here im growing dutch passion orange bud feminized under a 600w Hps in coco, only problem is my plants seem to be growin kinda slow?... is it normal for this kind of bulb to turn my leaves light green or even yellow? any help or advice would be appreciated.. i dont think im over fertilizing-

how high above the plants should i keep the bulb? how much of the general hydroponics fertilizes should i use? its its the gro, micro, bloom water soluble fertilizer for soil or hydro?

the plants are about at their sixth set of leaves will they begin to grow faster now they are getting bigger?

how tall should i let them grow before i begin to flower?
