Hey OpenMind (<-- NICE NAME!!!),

I think the answer is a resounding NO.

1st, order (if possible) to a place OTHER than your grow place.
2nd, fake names, etc.
3rd, we have safety in numbers... the USPS handles millions of packages ever week.
4th, they won't bust you if they get your seeds.

If US Customs gets a hold of your seeds, they'll stay with them (probably cook a Hamburger with them or something), and they'll send you a letter telling you "US Customs found... blah blah... it's illegal to... blah blah... thanks for the hamburger!".... But no, no FBI/DEA joint operation will go bust you.

I've received two orders via mail... One was from WeedFarmer.com, I give them 100%. Fast, quick, efficient. Superb. It isn't good to describe "HOW" you've got your package, as "authorities" probably read once in a while these boards... but, the letter was cool. It didn't arouse suspission.

The second order, from White Rhine (or Serious Seeds actually), well, those guys thought they where sending seeds to Amsterdam! It was an evelope, with no return addy, and inside, with no "stealthyness" they put a vial with the seeds... That package definitely was safe in the numbers.

Even if George Bush himself gets off his fat ass hole and confiscates your seeds at customs so he can grow it himself, you cant get done because there is no proof you wanted them sent. If you dont get them, then you know you may have to try another site. Aviod ones in Holland... Customs always look out for packages from Holland.

I dont see why seeds are illegal in America, they aint in England because our government realise that they cant ban them.

The only thing in cannabis that is illegal is the THC, and as seeds contain absolutly NOOOO THC i dont see why there illegal. You aint breaking the law. Maybe you can try and grow some good bagseed.

I hear alot of the American people on the boards talking about getting seeds in their bud, i never get any, out of all my years of smoke, i have only EVER found 1 seed in my bud, and i grew it into an ugly male slut... So i cut it the fuck down lol ... but i did manage to make a minimal amount of bubble hash... which did give me a buzzz... and now im just rambling on lol ... i think im stoned ... i got a new grinder today and some new zig zags lol

As to seeds in the USA, seeds are illegal becuase, you're going to grow with them. It's pretty obvious you ain't using them for feeding your birds when 15 seeds costs $20.
