Daylight Saving Time (dont kill me, slipknotpsycho ^_^)
ok i was just wondering if anyone else suffers from this problem:
every time we're spozed to set our clocks forward/back one hour, i go all stupid...(ask my husband i'm not kidding)...and trip out thinkin i'mma be late for work, or early, or w/e...and its to the point i make Monk (Tony Shaloub) look like a sane ass mo-fo. i'm not sure if its cuzza getting too fucked up too often when i was younger...and it ruined somethin in my freakin head to where i can't get this shit straight.
it drives my husband crazy cuz i'll talk bout the time change for hours....asking him question after question....
and for those of you wondering...i've not done any "bad" drugs...meaning i've only done weed, vicodin, xanax, prozac, seroquel, buspar, celexa, serzone, paxil, alcohol, DXM, valium, and salvia....i dunno if its just too much of some, or what...but my brain isn't the same as it used to be...
maybe early alzheimers? (sp?)
it gets me so depressed sometimes because i feel like i can't function...but i have to somehow....cuz i got a child i gadda take car of and even when its not...it feels like the world is on my shoulders...
but yeah its mainly the DST that fucks with me, but lotsa other stuff too...like i have to make sure i set the clock, i'll check and recheck it...and door locks, and where i put certain things...etc etc.
*sigh*
i am permanently

our moron of a president (i apoligize to any of you who LIKE the fucker ><) signed some bill or some shit to make DST begin 3 wks earlier and end 1 wk. later...or somethin...
i'm kinda confused at the moment.
but i dont really get a vacation...and i dont have a totally difficult job its just the tediousness of it and the lifting and the stress of where we live and the details of our home life (violent family members who live nearby etc etc) and just in general the feeling that you cant ever get your head above water...y'know?
i just spend a couple of hours (maybe just one idk it felt like along time) with my friends gf...sitting on the front steps talkin...and i was freakin out about bugs...not even dangerous/creepy bugs...just normal little bugs....and i've not been able to eat normally the past few days/weeks...i feel like i'm slipping away into some weird existance....like when i was a teenager i got all obsessive compulsive and i'd try like hell to eat, and i'd find something gross about it (spaghetti=worms, rice=maggots etc etc) to prevent myself from eating. that summer was the happiest time...sorta....but at the same time i was spiralling outta control. i ended up weighing only 103 lbs...
damn didnt mean to ramble..see what i mean? somethings not right and i dunno what to do or where to turn...

A lot of people have problems getting used to DST. Statistically there is a sharp increase in suicides, taffic accidents, domestic violence, etc. when the time changes. It's not just that we tend to lose an hour of sleep, it's that our internal clocks get all fucked up. It's like mini jet lag.

I have always pondered as to which time was the orginal time, like say its 9 oclock am here, but should it really be 10 oclock ( it would have been 3 days ago) or is 9am the orginal time? when DST first started, did we fall back, or spring ahead?
