It's not going to ruin my life. It's not like everybody who doesn't have a college degree has a miserable life and they are completely powerless to make it better. I've met several people who say dropping out of school was the best decision they ever made.
You can't go wrong if you get your diploma.
I can if it doesn't ever do anything for me except cost me more money.
If you drop out you'll just be proving to your family and this board what a waste of time the last 3 years of your life was.
So what? It was a waste of time, a hellish waste of time. Why should I deny that? I didn't know better then, but I do now. I have no qualms about admitting that I've made a mistake.
So go ahead and drop out. It makes no difference to me, or anyone else here. Just remember it was your decision. It will be your fault and nobody will sympathize for you in the end. I'm out.
I don't want sympathy. I want happiness and freedom.
Oneironaut Reviewed by Oneironaut on . I'm going to drop out of college. Sorry for the long post, but there's a lot on my mind... I've been here at college for three years, and if I wanted to continue I would only have to study one more year for my diploma. I've gotten excellent grades here (never below a B). I've been on the dean's list every semester and last semester I even got straight A's. So why am I dropping out? First, you've got to understand a little about my situation. Three years ago I decided to go to college, but it wasn't really where I wanted Rating: 5
