The passengers on the planes that crashed into the WTC towers in New York City probably thought that it was just a hijacking. To my knowledge, nobody ever crashed a plane in a jihad attack before.

The airlines should just issue all passengers boarding a baseball bat - as the guy below explains in his video "Bat Day? - on the ??videos? page of his website.
