If that was true, the onwers had 100% to be in their because it states it in 95% of renting contracts. One reason I didn't belive your reason from the ebgining was that you had no plants in the house only growing supplies. It is 100% legal to own this kinda supplies unless you are growing illegally which they didn't see.
