Turtle, sorry to hear, man. That sucks.

If they want you to hold up your end of the lease (meaning you have to rent for a year), then tell them they have to hold up their end (which I'm sure states that they can only enter if they give written notice and only to show the place to prospective tenants, which wouldn't apply because you just moved in.)

I think the best thing to do would be to say, "Hey, I'm not comfortable with you in my apartment every 2 weeks. I feel that it's an invasion of my privacy. Let's all agree to terminate the lease and move on."

They have nothing on you legally and if they did call the cops the cops probably wouldn't be allowed to search your place. But you don't want to get into a whole legal fiasco.

I think the best thing to do would be to find a new place. No one wants a landlord up their ass and in their business every two weeks, no matter whether or not anything illegal is going on in the apartment.
