It's a known fact that mirrors are highly inferior to mylar in reflecting light energy. Even flat white paint is better. Mirrors are made of glass, which ABSORBS the light energy, and will increase the temps in your grow room. Use mylar.

Mirrors are only good for reflecting images, because the small amount of light that it reflects is not distorted, due to the smooth surface.
