Sorry to hear of your condition. What you have is probly EPIDIDYMITIS. It is a UTI (urinary tract infection) that has backed it way into your epididymis. Your epeididimis is a tightly coiled tube that stores sperm before ejaculation.

1st
go to the doctor and make sure it is not testicle cancer (most important thing)
Probly not a torsion, if it was, your pain would be an 11, on the 1-10 chart

If it is infection
you need cippro 500 mg *2 *5-7 days dont mess around.
you need 800 mg ibuprophen for swelling, anti inflamitory, pain
you need some kind of stronger pain killer if it gets bad.

Yeh check your balls ureself, feel a lump protruding from ure testicle, it might be some kind of tumour, but don't shit ureself just yet cuz it might not be malignant, there are many benign tumours that grow on many parts of the body as it is a natural defence mechanism against tissue stress.
