I think you need to stop masturbating for a little while. You know, like a couple of hours. Give yourself time to build back up. I enjoy doing these activited while waiting:

Going to the movies
Smoking a bowl
Eating.

Seriously though, I think you need to stop for a couple days. That should put you right back on track. Otherwise, it might be some sort of wierd medical condition. But I'm pretty sure it's the first thing.
