Cereal has it's own food group in my diet. You can never go wrong for with frosted flakes, and it has to be Kellogs. The no name brands just don't do it for me. I also love cinnamon toast crunch, corn pops, smacks, and honey nut cheerios when the mood hits me. I've been trying to switch to using soy milk with my cereal cause it lasts longer in the fridge and it's easier on the stomach. But it just isn't the same. Nothing like a big bowl of frosted flakes with ice, cold 2% milk and a deep spoon when you're high.
