I was looking at some of the old OG threads... they had some guys there that knew their shit. I enjoy making things on the cheap when I see the same things for sale for hundreds of dollars.

There is no reason a temp controller for a fan should cost a couple of hundred dollars. Parts add up to about 15 bucks. Add some brains (usually the hard part to find!), soldering iron, etc... and done.

Some of the people here know what I'm talking about. Some just can't do it, some already have done it. Some want to but can't figure out the schematics.

If Zandor is around, I'd like to ask if he'd like me to post a few schematics for others (not for the sake of wasting my time, but for those interested) to use to build from.

Hell people might even learn a thing or two.
That would ge great. Post them in the Advanced section and if you don't reply to questions in your how to posts I can make a clean FAQ out of it too. I can move posts but not edit them so replay to questions mess up a good faq if you know what I mean.
